It Was A Beautiful Day!

We had a lovely day here. The sun shone all day long and there was a lovely breeze. What a treat for us. We haven't really had any really hot weather at all this summer, which is very unusual. Normally August is an very hot and humid month. The weather here has been unusual all year.

Tonight I have a couple of goodies for you. Stacye was kind enough to send another layout, this time using the Warm Earth kit that she has recoloured. Her layout is in the slideshow. Next is a brag book page made by Linda with the Precious kit. This page is really adorable and as an added bonus she has included separately the button frame shown on the page so that you can use it on other pages as well. I have a new kit for you tonight as well. Buttons and Beads includes buttons and beads (obviously, LOL), ribbons, bows, frames, flowers and papers. I am always anxious to give out a kit the minute I've finished it, but I'm trying to pace myself so I don't feel pressured to make a kit just to have something to give. At the moment I'm still on a creative roll, so to speak, so hopefully I won't run out of ideas too soon. I'm still trying to teach myself the ins and outs of Photoshop as well as getting the hang of this blogging thing, and I'm trying to squeeze my full time job in there too! It's too bad the job gets in the way of scrapping, LOL. As always, a great big thank you for your lovely comments that are keeping me inspired. Here's a preview of Buttons and Beads.
